Disabled Transportation 

Transportation is available to persons with disabilities through the New Freedom Program. 

 

Using a pool of volunteer drivers, riders can go to medical and counseling appointments, shopping, social and recreational events, to visit family or friends, as funding permits.  

 

Since our volunteer drivers use their own vehicles, we are unable to transport people who need a van with a lift. 

 

Residents of St. Croix, Pierce and Dunn counties should contact Dale at 877-384-7932. 

 

Eau Claire and Chippewa county residents should contact Kurt at 877-577-8452.
